In fact, all downtown parking structures offer two hours of free parking when you arrive before 5:00 pm. That means if you arrive at 4:45 pm you get free parking until 6:45 pm -- enough time to enjoy an early dinner at your favorite downtown restaurant.
The rate is $0.75 per hour afterward and there is a $5 flat fee after 5:00 pm.
