This park sits on 25.29 acres. It was dedicated on September 4, 1925. The entrance to Cummingston's nature preserve is located at the intersection of Torquay and Leafdale, where on-street parking is available. Dogs are not allowed inside of the nature preserve. On the east side of the park there is also a multi-purpose field and a playground structure with swings.
Dedicated on September 4, 1925, it is one of the oldest parks in Royal Oak.
Named after the Cummings, a Royal Oak pioneer family.
