2025 Construction Projects Map

The city's 2025 Project Map shows infrastructure projects scheduled for this year. The renewed road millage funding will focus on major roads first, but the city's other infrastructure projects will continue in residential neighborhoods as well.

The city realizes construction will be an inconvenience and all efforts to expedite the work will be utilized to minimize traffic conflicts and access to various properties abutting the project.

Notices of Construction are mailed to affected residents and copies are available online here.

CAP2509 13 Mile Road Resurfacing

13 Mile Road from Woodward Avenue to Crooks Road

The contractor has shifted traffic to the inside lanes of the roadway. The contractor has finished the concrete work along the outside lanes and will be working on restoration the next two weeks.

Traffic Changes:  13 Mile Road will have one lane open in each direction throughout construction. To decrease traffic backups, left turns will be prohibited along the corridor and at the major intersections of Coolidge Highway, Benjamin Avenue, Durham Road (eastbound only), and Crooks Road (eastbound only). Access to businesses will be maintained during construction.

This work is scheduled to be completed by the end of July, in advance of Dream Cruise weekend.

CAP2514 Downtown Resurfacing

The city will be resurfacing Williams Street from E Seventh to E Third and W Sixth Street from S Washington to S Center this Spring. The contractor will also be installing ADA parking spaces and ramps on W Second Street adjacent to the post office.

On Williams Street, the contractor is working on sidewalk work and plans to mill off the existing roadway beginning on Wednesday.

On Sixth Street, the contractor is working on the bioswale concrete and plans to mill off the existing roadway on Wednesday.

Once milling is complete, the contractor will work on adjusting drainage structures and road base repairs on both streets.

CAP2535 Road Reconstruction

Ravena Avenue - Chester Road to Dead End

Hillside Drive - Hillside Court and Yorba Linda Boulevard

The city's contractor will be forming and grading the roadways this week and plans to pour the new concrete pavement on Friday for both streets.

Any residents whose driveway access will be affected will receive a door hanger notice the day beforehand so they can move their vehicles.

2025 Sidewalk Program

Notices of Construction and estimate letters have been mailed to property owners in the target area. Construction is scheduled to begin in mid-May.
