2024 Construction Projects Map

Use the map above to see if a project is affecting your street. The city realizes construction will be an inconvenience and all efforts to expedite the work will be utilized to minimize traffic conflicts and access to various properties abutting the project.

Notices of Construction have been mailed to affected residents and copies are available online here.

CAP2410 Water Main Improvements

All water main installation and connections are complete for both streets, only roadwork is remaining.

On Northwood & Sycamore, the contractor will be paving the final layer of asphalt this week once they finish adjusting all the sewer structures. Paving is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday thru Saturday.

The contractor will also be working on cleanup, and landscape restoration this week.

CAP2440 Green Infrastructure Improvements

Sheridan Drive - Arden Place - Grandview Road

The contractor has poured the new concrete on Grandview/Sheridan and the roadway section will remain closed while the new concrete cures.

The contractor plans to also install some new trees this week while waiting for concrete cure time.
