2024 Construction Projects Map

Use the map above to see if a project is affecting your street. The city realizes construction will be an inconvenience and all efforts to expedite the work will be utilized to minimize traffic conflicts and access to various properties abutting the project.

Notices of Construction have been mailed to affected residents and copies are available online here.

CAP2407 Crooks Road

The contractor will be placing the first layer of asphalt on the west side of the roadway. Then they will work on adjusting sewer structures for the final roadway height. 

CAP2435 Road Reconstruction

All project streets are complete with only minor landscape restoration and punch list work remaining, except Vinsetta.

On Vinsetta, the contractor will finish working on rain garden excavation and storm sewer installation in the median greenbelt this week. Then they will complete concrete work on the south side of the boulevard.

CAP2410 Water Main Improvements

All water main installation and connections are complete for both streets, only roadwork is remaining.

On Northwood, the contractor is doing concrete curbing and approaches near Woodward and Roseland this week. The contractor has also started paving the first layer of asphalt in sections east of the rail road tracks.

On Sycamore, the contractor has poured the new curb and gutter on the south side and is working on pouring south side approaches this week. Once poured the concrete will cure for 7-10 days before driveways can be re-opened to vehicles.

If residents driveway access will be affected, they will be notified beforehand via doorhanger.

CAP2440 Green Infrastructure Improvements

Sheridan Drive - Arden Place - Grandview Road

The contractor will be working on pouring new concrete sidewalk and driveway approaches on Arden Place this week. Once poured the concrete will take 7-10 days to cure before vehicles can drive on it again.

If residents will be affected by a water shut off, they will be notified beforehand via doorhanger with the date, start time and duration of the shut off.

If residents driveway access will be affected, they will be notified beforehand via doorhanger.
