Despite a potential 4-inch snow accumulation in areas of Metro Detroit on Friday, we're expecting warmer temps this weekend & highs in the 50s on Monday.

Beginning Friday afternoon and through the evening, Department of Public Services (DPS) crews plan to salt neighborhood curves, intersections, and mid-blocks on all residential streets.

Residents are NOT required to move cars from the streets but are encouraged to do so if possible.

Stay safe and enjoy the snowy scenes.
